Assigned ground floor room. Beside pedestrian, many people walked by and car driving through, very noisy.
Water drop from the bathroom roof lamp when bathing.
Terrible and afraid of getting electric shock.
Although I reserved 3 nights, I quit after a night stayed there.
Very bad experience.

Amazing customer service from Laura. Helped us get checked in early and also helped us out with a problem really appreciated. Recommend for family's. Would visit again in the future. Came here for an overnight stay at army vs navy weekend. Will definitely come again

Basic hotel, clean and reasonably comfortable. Good value for money breakfast. Beware that there's no left luggage facility because you aren't made aware of this until you see the sign on reception on your arrival. Some members of staff were outstandingly helpful, others not so much.

A lovely weekend with my Quinn’s supporting wife and I a saints fan, the Travelodge was great, we gave stayed here on numerous occasions and have had an excellent time, good food and beer. The staff are great and friendly

Kadil is an outstanding member of staff professional approach and accustomed to delivering the highest customer service to customers staying at Twickenham travel lodge. If I was to stay anywhere in London this would be my place of choice. Most other travel lodges don't offer this level of hospitality. A very warm welcome from kadil 10/10 5 stars from me
