Nice room, clean. Great service by staff, friendly. Some exterior remodeling going on, but nothing that took away from stay. Would stay here again. Good location for proximity to campus, restaurants, etc

In town for weekend for game Although all hotels gouge their price for game weekends, this hotel’s distance from University of Alabama and its overall condition and age of hotel is not with the price. There are two relatively newer hotels that are cleaner and nicer on both sides of the Fairmont. If we had known this we would have booked either of those hotels. Will not rebook at this hotel over the next three years visiting our student.

Very disappointed the indoor pool was closed “for cleaning”. Saw no one working on it. Front desk was clueless. I expect this from Days Inn, not from Marriott.
