Trip.com service was really poor. This was self service hotel. Tou share only my name to the hotel so hotel could not contact to me and send access code and room number. It takes log of time from me to clear your mistake.
I have never used so poorlu organized hotel reservation system like trip.com

I was staying at Omena hotel ,my bag was stolen from my room and it was a nigh**are.It us very unsafe and they do not clean rooms.

Checkin was very smooth. No need to worry about checkin times. Room was clean and according to my needs. Hotel was on central location only 700 meteres from Turku Bus station. I will say for improvement heating was not there i will say it needs to be improved because i was feeling cold in room however bathroom temperature was good. 2nd television was slow to operate it was hanging

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to families.
Don't use this hotel if you have a car. Great for packpackers.

It’s in the centre, the most tourist attractions are in walking distance.
I think the hotel has been recently renovated, it’s in good condition and very clean.

Unusual place, no staff and entry is by keycode at street door, in lobby and then at room door. Large room, small bathroom. Large window that doesn't open and blacked out so can't see anything. A little expensive for the overall situation, but a good location for walking through the city for shopping and food.
