Staff are helpful in particular selman and Shaheen who give a fabulous service and can't do enough for you Food is served to your table which is nice . The negative points are the lift wasn't working the first week I was there and the lobby bar only serves team and coffee which is disappointing when it has been raining you have to walk outside in the rain to the other bar to get soft drinks or alcoholic drinks

It's very dirty, they don't clean anywhere. A small beach with broken sun beds, there is not enough space for everyone. Disgusting music is playing all day from which you can't hide anywhere in the territory, it's unbearable. The staff does not respond to requests in any way. The worst hotel in my life

The best experience ever, the best menager. Rooms are great and clean. We are satisfied. We will come again next year for sure. The food is great. Pool is clean and big enough. Everyone is polite. We recommend

Not a good start only 4 clothes hanger in our room when I asked for more was told the hotel does not have spare ones. The hair dryer had wires showing when I complained it was repaired with insulation tape. The front of the bath/ shower was hanging off and no shower screen so the bathroom floor was soaking wet and very slippery. No where to hang towels as the towel hooks/rail had obviously been broken and not replaced. Given a different room after numerous complaints but had to walk past the staff relaxing area which was like a filthy dump full of broken furniture and rubbish. Outdoor bar area was also full of broken dirty furniture and planters were being used by cats as toilets then the cats allowed on the tables. Not the nice relaxing holiday we had hoped for will never return to this hotel again

Murat Mungan is te best menager! Hi is available to all guests at any time. He is pleasant and cordial. The rest of the staff is also excellent. I can recommend the hotel to everyone. Kudos to all employees.

Murat manager is the best in the hotel. He is helpful, available, kind. The hotel is okay but the beach is not the best. The rest of the service is decent. All is good. We have been satisfied in general.

Chef Murat and others waiters are very kind, responsible and serviceable. Dragut point south provides high quality service. Food is excellent and various. Only flaw is small beach with no enough place.

It was a pleasant stay last June in this lovely Hotel. Friendly staff and lovely food. Met a nice person outside a hotel if you are looking for some day trip or water sport. Genuine guys and he link you up in best prices. Call this guy if you are staying around this hotel +90 (537) 545 74 15 (Carlos). He will get better price than Hotel Reps.
