The hotel was definitely experiencing some issues. The elevators were broken for what seemed like a few weeks at least since the out of service signs said, merry christmas. The lobby lost heat while we were there.
The staff was very friendly and accomidating. The room service wasnt actually room service. Its food that came from dennys and was left at the front desk. No body notified us it arrived so it sat there for over 30 minutes until i called the compaNy to inquire the foods whereabouts.

Loved our stay. This is a very charming and welcoming hotel. The design, amenities, and decorations are clean, modern, and festive. I stayed just after Christmas and there were a ton of lights and decorations around the lobby. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Loved the design of the pool with the fountains and beach-like area: very shallow and gently sloped which would be great for toddlers. The pool water was warm, but a little cloudy. It could have used a shock and/or clarifier.

Elavator was out when we were there so that was not so nice going up and down stairs. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

The property is well maintained and the rooms are updated and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were great. We stayed as a family, and having the Fun Center right next door was a wonderful perk. Our son enjoyed the go carts into the evening, bowling, wonderful mini-golf courses, and the arcade.

I always love this hotel unfortunately the elevaors were down so we had to take the stairs. The breakfast was great as usual.

I’ve stayed here multiple times during the holidays as my kids come in from out of town and it’s convenient. I’ve had generally very good experiences with the staff and facilities. I

What an amazing job someone did on their holiday decorations. Looked like something out of a movie set. Beautiful! Thank you for another great stay. Always happy with everything including good breakfast. Merry Christmas!
