AC Hotel Ciudad de Tudela

This is a really nice hotel, xlose to the historic medieval part of the city. Parking in the hotel is limited but we got a space. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and we got a room upgrade. The bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice terrace. The bathroom was spacious and good. Breakfast was a typical buffet affair and not crowded. Only negative point that tipped this to a 4 is why oh why do high quality hotels give cardboard coffee cups...and please don't play the environmental card! Otherwise an excellent stay.

Stayed for 1 night after visiting Bardenas Reales. Nice hotel, perfectly situated, quiet, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Exceptional service from reception staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Fine breakfast, too.

Excellent hotel. Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, particularly the reception staff and the girls who served breakfast. Good location near old town and business centre. Clean, well serviced room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good value. Good selection. Very comfortable lobby. Can recommend to all.

Beautiful hotel and excellent reception staff. A little tricky to find due to roadworks. The hotel sent a map showing the way round the roadworks which helped a lot. After a couple of errors we found the entrance to the parking. Check in was excellent and Luisma and his colleague were very welcoming. Our room was large and the bathroom was large too. We also had a small balcony. Easy walking distance to many cafes and shops. Breakfast was nice but limited and more expensive than comparable AC Hotels

Perfect location, car park was very handy, check in was pleasant and the room was excellent. I had a "Superior" room, with a pleasant terrace, lots of space, nice bath etc. Everything was very enjoyable, a five star review, until breakfast. The young lady serving in the breakfast room made me walk in the opposite direction to the arrows on the floor and sit next to one of the 3 other occupied tables - both decisions were negative for the covid safety of guests, but she made them because it made her life easier. She spoke to me in English, despite me speaking to her in the Spanish I have used for the 20 years I have lived in the country. She didn't offer me any freshly made breakfast but I ordered one since I have stayed in many AC hotels and I know that this is a service they offer. I requested an omlette with cheese and mushroo..."THERE IS NO MUSHROOM". OK, ham then please - I could then hear her in the kitchen complaining to the chef that someone had had the audacity to request mushrooms. Badly dressed, clomping about and slamming dishes around, huffing as if she had the worst job in the world and we were the worst customers imaginable. In my opinion this employee should be grateful to be in employment in the tourism industry in a small town, considering the impact of covid, and she should be doing everything possible to ensure she remains in employment. In my opinion hotel management should consider the impact of all employees in establishing their reputation. Genuinely, if you have breakfast on a day when that employee isn't working it's a hotel that I highly recommend. My stay was 3 stars.

We stayed one night on our way to Santander. Great location, safe secure parking and excellent covid controls. Reception staff were exceptional - welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice with meticulous catering hygiene.

Un hotel moderno, realizado sobre un antiguo edificio. Un sitio tranquilo, donde poder descansar. Una habitación excelente, amplia y acogedora, con un baño amplio y cómodo. Sólo ha desmerecido el hecho de que al pagar y pedir que me hicieran el descuento para seniors que figura en su web, me lo negaran porque había que solicitarlo al hacer la reserva.

Estuvimos en un fin de semana por tierras tudelanas, y la verdad es que la opción de quedarnos ese fin de semana en este hotel , fue una decisión totalmente correcta El hotel esta en el mismo centro de Tudela a escasos metros de la plaza de los fueros, a su vez las habitaciones son super amplias y cómodas , donde se puede descansar cómodamente. El desayuno muy completito y bien atendido, el staff de recepción muy profesional con magnificas recomendaciones para disfrutar de la huerta tudelana ,así que un hotel que cumple con todas tus expectativas, sin grandes alharacas pero como digo en el titulo, con todo profesionalidad.
