This is a beautiful new property. I wanted to love my stay here but it seems a little discombobulated. It seemed like no one was in charge or was confident in what they were doing. The restaurant has amazing food but the service is a hot mess. Dirty tables all over the restaurant, and frantic servers. It was worse the night before when we tried to have dinner. I know it is "new" but I hope someone takes charge and figures out the problems at the restaurant!!

Very cute hotel with great local history. Loved the interior decoration. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant St. Cruz had great food and drinks. Overall beautiful ambience.

I would have rated this property 5 stars and even then I am being generous because the second floor room we got was extremely noisy. We didn’t get a wink of sleep. Additionally there was only one server in the morning. He was literally serving the entire restaurant.

Very clean and newly renovated, excellent location for exploring downtown Tucson. Reception staff helpful but not particularly personable. The hotel has a very slick feel but not overly friendly, but maybe that’s just our taste. A bit noisy but that’s to be expected due to its downtown location.

Beautiful new hotel and great location! Staff was super friendly, but could tell they were still working out the "kinks." Definitely would recommend!

The Leo Kent Hotel in Tucson, Arizona was only seven months old when I visited for six nights during Chris**as, 2023. It is convenient to everything. The Amtrak train station is within walking distance. The City Transit Center is five blocks away, and buses and the downtown trolley were free during the time I visited Tucson. A YMCA two blocks away allowed me to swim each day for $10. A bank with an A** is just outside the door and around the corner.

Staff was great all around. There was a lot of noise coming from the exercise facility at 5:30 in the morning however.

The room I booked was not the room they gave me. The Tv didn’t work and was given the run around about it for hours. It still didn’t work at time of check out. The spare bed did not have sheets or a blanket or pillows. When I called to the front desk about that they let it ring continuously with no answer.
