Overall, our stay was great. Nothing the hotel can do about this but others should be aware…
We were parked by Gate 4 and we believe it was homeless people fighting in the ditch tunnel right near our car. It was awful and scared our kids quite a bit. They didn’t feel safe. My husband and I talked with them but it was pretty bad to listen to.

Wonderful large room providing comfort and everything we needed. Alan at the front desk is very kind and caring. He even texted us to see if there was anything we needed! Great location and a warm cookie at check in!!! If we come back to Tucson, this is definitely where we will stay!!

The restaurant has a severely limited menu. As a business traveler your days are long & the convenience of a in hotel cafe is a necessity. On the other hand the complimentary breakfast buffet is superior in comparison to other Brand Hotels I've stayed at.

we choose the hotel for the size of the suite, however the furniture and carpets were dirty and stained. We were booked in by vrbo thru *******, after a glitch with the vrbo apt . we only stayed one night. Staff were helpful, and kind.

I stayed at the Doubletree for the Gem
Show for work. The service was wonderful. From the moment I checked in, it was quick and seamless topped off by a warm amazing chocolate chip
Cookie. The breakfasts were tasty, filling and the service by the staff very friendly and attentive. Eneida went above and beyond to help me when I arrived at the tail end of the buffet. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, honest and respectful of all the things I had all over due to work and purchases at the gem show.
I wish I had had the time to use the large jacuzzi A great stay. Will come back next year!

It saddens me to type this because the staff is great. The property it self could use a bet of love first room the toilet did not work was move to a second room with double bed instead of king. The bed cover had a stain on it did not see it until the next morning when it was light. The hinges to the room were loose and the shower curtain was torn on top where the curtain rod goes. This is an old property that could use facelift.
Good and beverage options were not up to par I met the new F&B and we talked about the menu briefly and she is in the process of working on it. Hopefully when I visit next time I would be impressed considering it is what I do for living. Again very nice lady and I am sure she will do an excellent job.
I do appreciate the fact I was provided with Hilton points as in good faith also.
