Excellent experience, place is marvellous, classic, clean. Tshaltubo sulphur bath are very beneficial for many health issues. Up to to today the Baths been preserved in original state snd kept in high stabdard. All stuff are very friendly snd caring

Kutaisi region is well know for it food, wine and people who love to enjoy food. This facility was an utter disappoin**ent in all fronts. Positives : - the room was clean and nice. Negatives : - It is quite expensive as per Georgian and International standards - Food breakfast / lunch and dinner was nothing close to what Kutaisi region is known for. - Staff was quite rude.

If you are looking for relax on swimming pool choose another place. They Play 10.00-20?00 very loud music, no way to change this, we tried mamy times... Also the pool can be used by locals, so on weekend you will not find A place to seat or swim! Forget about Social covid distance, and they are not checked in any way. Although The a**osphere itself in The hotel building is nice, a lot od equipment is not working ( hair dryer out od order, bath tube Has no plug, balkony Window didtn close properly , doors slamming, just to name a few). Personel young nad highly unprofessional, poor English, food mediocre. So instead of sleeping here just pop in for short visit nad walk arround this quite charming place
