Attractions such as Chan Chan city and Huaca del Sol y la Luna are 15 minutes away by car. Captain FAP Carlos Martinez de Pinillos International Airport is fifteen minutes away as well by car. The shopping center is a 5 minute drive away. Please note that 18 percent sales tax will be charged to Peruvian citizens and foreign nationals staying longer than 60 consecutive days in Peru. To qualify for tax exemption upon check-in guests must present an Andean Immigration Card dated within the last 60 days and passport showing residence abroad. I had a good time at the hotel, the only downturn was at the moment that I was trying to leave from the hotel, security guard hold me until they check my room, I called reception before I checked out but they took over 20 minutes to give the security guard the green light. It’s unnecessary to hold a guest for that long, beside that small incident everything was very good!

The hotel is locate a good area. The hotels personal are friendly and nice ; but you have to be prepare to spend time to Check in and check out.

I have been staying here since before the pandemic and they continue to maintain the property in good shape. This is the best hotel in Trujillo in my opinion. Great pool and grounds. Only complaint is the retaurant food, service and the breakfast not as good as before the pandemic. Still a great place to stay in a residential safe quiet area.

I have stayed here about 5 times in the past 10 years. Hotel is located in an excellent quiet residential area. Hotel has been maintaned well over the years. Only area which has lost some quality is the hotel restaurant. Breakfast not as well layed out or ample as years past. Also the service in the restaurant at other times lacking. The offical hotel Taxi's are Recommended, any of these three drivers are excellent: Sra. Vilma, Diego and Victor.

I did like the hotel , and its amenities; would just recommend to upgrade maybe the gym area , and the playground area for kids . Staff is amazing , specially Freed and Jose that serves my table a couple times . Clean , and the buffet has a lot of options , love that ! Would choose it again in a future !

Beautiful property! Also loved the llamas just roaming around, so cute. Room was clean, check in was great, pool is nice. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
