My husband and I spent 2 nights last weekend at the Hotel Oui Go. The location was great and except for some noisy guests (more about that below) we thought the hotel was great. We checked out Sunday morning. We were on the road headed to Montreal when the hotel called us. They claimed that we had left soiled towels in the bathroom which were uncleanable and would have to be replaced. They were adding $17 to our bill. They were actually quite insulting to us. I am a 62 year old retired professional. Several years ago I had a surgery to remove a cancerous growth from my face. I use a tinted moisturizer to hide the scar. I used Clarins BB cream last weekend. It is an oil free product. I noticed there were traces of the BB cream on a towel but I thought nothing of it: I use this product at home and have never had a problem cleaning the towels. Surely the hotel has a commercial cleaning facility? My husband and I have travelled the world. We have NEVER had an experience like this. We told the guy on the car phone that this was a first, and that we had intended to come back to the hotel in May but that we would be changing our minds and did not want to come back. He didn't care just kept repeating that our towels were dirty. Seriously, we have never had an experience like this anywhere. In addition, I will add that the room was cold (we didn't complain about this because the outside temperature was frigid) and there was a LOT of noise on Saturday night from other guests -- doors banging, people running in the hall, some woman in the room next door moaning (goodness the walls must be thin). We didn't complain as (because of COVID) there was nobody manning the front desk so there was nobody to complain to. But they complained about an oil free product on a towel before they even tried to clean it? We won't be coming back...

This was a great hotel and central to main road with restaurants and shops. We stayed here for a conference. The conference area is attached to the hotel, but is not IN the hotel. It was a seamless indoor walk to the conference rooms. The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool. During the pandemic, the gym and pool are open by reservations. Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel avant la pandémie et pendant la pandémie. Le service a toujours été excellent et conforme aux normes de sécurité. Nous avons également apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. ผผู้เข้าพักI cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

MMartin Pวิวสวยอลังการบนทะเลสาบ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สงบมากคนหนึ่งได้ยินเสียงลมพัด เราชอบห้องพักมากกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก เราชอบอ่างจากุซซี่ข้างนอกมาก(แต่บังเอิญ) พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก อนลบ ฝักบัว เรนชาวเวอร์มีการลดความจุน้อยมากและตั้งอุณหภูมิให้ถูกก็ไม่ง่าย อุณหภูมิ ปฏิกิริยาช้าเกินไป เราพบว่าที่นอนนุ่มเกินไปมาก ที่น่าแปลกใจกว่านั้นรถเข็นที่มีของกินเหลืออยู่วันเดียวที่ทางเดินทั้งๆ ที่เราเน้นเรื่องนี้ให้กับพนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่ค่อยสะอาดและน่าดูว่าอาหารเก่าๆ ทิ้งไว้นานๆ ซาวน่าเล็กมาก และไม่ชิวเท่าไหร่ นั่งสบาย แค่ตําแหน่งนั่ง ไม่มีลิฟท์ ดังนั้นผู้ที่มีกระเป๋าหนักๆ ดีกว่า โทรหาพนักงานชายที่แผนกต้อนรับ ถ้ามีแค่น้องผู้หญิงอยู่คนเดียวอาจจะมีปัญหา สําหรับแขกที่มีรถเข็นน้อยห้องพักชั้นล่างเข้าถึงได้ลงตัว โดยรวมเป็นสถานที่ที่สวยและสงบ
