In the toilet was gift from previous guest, on the bed there were many hairs.....

A little bit dated, I think it would have looked great in its time, service desk staff were accommodating, and I felt as it is in a dodgy area.

I don't understand how it is even possible that people over here in Slovakia doesn't understand their own language, but all right. Staff members over in this place are even funnier when they say they does speak English. I mean, seriously, whatever that language was, it was far far away from English. So language barriers and misscommunication are awfuly huge. Rooms, horrible. Furniture and carpets looking like from time 200 years ago, my gdma got more modern furniture. Bed? I had feeling like I would have better sleep on the floor than on those beds. Tv? They are describing online like they got ,,plenty" of tv programmes but actually they got about 5. Staff didn't understand a word over there, and what is more worse, they even don't care, they never tried put any effort in it. Food, nope thanks. Everything made on litres of oil, everything fried into oblivion, so if u are counting calories or being into healthy life style, get ready to be starving over here. Cleanliness downstairs in the pools and around the pools...hmm, what to say if there isn't any cleanliness. Their pools are sooo old, u can see how the tiles are breaking down all around the place, I badly scratch my foot into bleeding cos I step on some of them which was broken. Then I was afraid enter pools indoor again. The pool outside got remarkable stairway into water...seriously, is it hard to build up some normal step free or step friendly access???!!! Not everybody can claim that horrific old poor and shaky ladder!!! Funny how they are offering service with food and drinks only in restricted area outside. I guess is easier for them to walk just within 5 metres from the door. The furniture outside and the pillows was disgusting, absolutely horribly dirty, all wet and nobody care. Never ever gonna return to this place. Do some improvements or whole refurbishment, then we can talk about paying this amount of money which they are charging. Horrible place and even more horrible people!!!!!!!!!!
