Me and my friend had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. It's beautifully located on a hill on walking distance to the center of Teinidad. From the room we had a lovely view on the city and the sea. In the room, everything worked fine, there was enough light and we had no trouble with blackouts or lack of water. In other hotels where we stayed during our visit in Cuba we often had no water or light, or no water in the swimming pool or things like this. Of course it is Cuba and you can't compare with hotels in Europe. In the light of the scare in Cuba I have to say that this hotel is maintained as well as possible, actually it was one of the best during our trip in Cuba. The buffet was good, enough variety (don't forget it's Cuba) and the swimming pool area is reasonably well maintained as well. Staff everywhere has beenvery friendly to us. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel in February and I am very pleased with the kindness of all staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The food was great. The view from the hotel is amazing. The disco is great. The swimming pool is very nice too. My whole experience there was great! I totally recommend the complex!

Nice hotel in a very large property. Good food and entertainment. Some rooms are a little way out and need transportation to get to them. Bar rates are very reasonable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent

We had a perfect time here! Bed is good, room is clean, nice swimming pool. In the weekend a lot of entertainment. The diner is really good for Cuba! Not so much choose by breakfast but it was good! WiFi buy by hour, you can choose by the reception. The housekeeping is really creative! Even a letter in Dutch! Had a amazing time!

Lugar sumamente acogedor,excelente servicio, con una vista maravillosa y muy buen personal de trabajo,gracias a la chica de Relaciones Públicas Anay Santana la cual me ayudó en mi estadía por el hotel.Sin dudas volvería a visitarlo..🥰☺️

Acogedor lugar en la ciudad de Trinidad, ubicada en una colina con vistas a la ciudad, tiene una pequeña piscina y un bello restaurant en las noches se llevan a cabo actividades recreativas, tiene un club nocturno de gran prestigio en toda Cuba. Es un destino oculto que mucho deberian visitar

Mi experiencia fue maravillosa. Sin dudas voy a regresar. Su gente lo mejor, excelentes profesionales, en la noche la pasamos de maravilla junto al equipo de animación. Gracias a todo el equipo . regresaré siempre que pueda, estoy encantada con mi experiencia

Es un complejo hotelero muy agradable, las habitaciones son separadas y bien confortables, la atención en el restaurante es muy buena, quiero agradecerle a Mariolys por tan linda sonrisa y amabilidad, nos gustó mucho la comida con el tipo sabor cubano, recomendado para todos
