Very good stay. The location of the hotel is good. Room was neat and clean. Food at the hotel was also good

Services and staff attitude towards customer is poor. Hotel staff need to be trained for basics of hospitality sector. Location and food is good.

Don’t ever stay in this hotel there hotel staff are bad in behaviour they don’t even change the bad sheet and pillow cover after the use of others customers morning breakfast are limited and there television doesn’t work. Overall the experience was very bad.

Location, food behaviour of staffing good. Tea arrangement in room should be made like putting electric kettle, tea leaves, sugar and milk dry. Parking space was available. Charges also reasonable.

Everything was good including front desk, room service, showers etc. But
the breakfast counter was having a few items like up-ma & poha were not hot. Furthermore, cut fruits should have been kept at counter. Omelette was good & served nicely. Overall the stay was comfortable.

I've been a loyal customer of this hotel. No doubt this hotel is the best in the city. The food is really good, the services are really good. But sometimes you might face that the rooms are not clean, mosquito problem.
