L’entretien des chambres peut être amélioré. Nous avons dormi dans un canapé-lit avec un matelas très dûr. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir correctement. La piscine était fermée pour un soit-disant « problème technique », alors qu’on pouvait la voir parfaitement normale. Nous soupçonnons qu’il ne l’on pas ouverture car on était très peu dans l’hôtel. Nous n’avons même pas eu de remboursement alors qu’ils nous avaient dit qu’on en aurai. Nous avons été prévenu deux jours avant, donc nous n’avons pas pu annulé car la date limite était une semaine avant. Pas d’ascenseurs. Personnel incompétent.. Les chambres n’étaient vraiment pas confortable. C’était REGRETTABLE !

Les chambres étaient médiocres : rustiques, l’entretien peut être amélioré… Pas d’ascenseurs. Piscine fermée : soit disant « problème technique ». Nous soupçonnons qu’elle était interdite d’accès car nous étions très peu dans cet hôtel. La réception peut être améliorée.
