Phone did not work, rooms are not clean, you can hear your neighbours in the other rooms

Nice working hotel. It is close to the train station and not far from the technological park (10 minutes). Rooms are clean, fine and, more important, quite. The breakfast is good. The internet access is good. Not far you can fine some dinner options.

Have been to this hotel twice and it’s a very nice hotel and they have very nice breakfast it’s worth paying the extra as it’s not that expensive, only problem I had was on the second time I went I got 2 single beds pushed together that is not very good to sleep in with your part but other than that I really like this hotel and would highly recommend it especially as the price is very good

Hassan and everyone in the front desk were super nice. Good thing about this property u have a mini grocery store and the metro system right next door. Anything for your needs, pharmacy neighborhood cafes etc. The taxis are always close by when u need them.

We were given two twin beds and couldn’t really sleep together. Staff was nice enough but we found the price too expensive for a night without breakfast. At Marriott for $10 we enjoyed amazing buffet breakfast.

Exceptional value, clean and secure. Quick train ride to sightsee. Would definitely stay there again. Madrid is beautiful.

Rooms were hot as they did not operate AC in this time frame

Comienzo diciendo que nos pareció excelente por todo. Bonita decoración desde que entras al hotel; bonitas habitaciones completas, donde no faltaba de nada, hasta crema corporal y del pelo; espejo de aumento y unas toallas de una calidad muy buena, que se agradece; camas cómodas con dos tipos de almohadas y garaje gratuito. Hacer una parada en Tres acantos es mejor parando en este hotel.

Lavabo y bañera que no corren, televisión en la que ni siquiera se ven los canales generalistas, instalaciones desgastadas y caducas, limpieza más que regular, ni un solo enchufe cerca de la mesilla. Y todo esto por 239€ la noche. Entiendo que el precio lo marca la demanda pero creo que hay que tener un mínimo de vergüenza y no cobrar la calidad que no se tiene.
