酒店在市中心，附近有Coles和Aldi超市, 麥當勞和肯德基也不遠，酒店環境不錯，設施有點老，離Wilson Prom 和Philip Island 需要駕車一個半小時單程

Wardrobe broken, front door had to be jammed with cardboard to stop it banging in the wind. Was ok but wouldn't recommend it.

For the price a really nice and neat motel. Shame the restaurant wasn't open for dinner the night we stayed. Room 17 was large and spacious, clean, and everything needed was provided. Needed a draught stopper on the front door to keep the cold out.

Our stay was very good. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful. I would stay there again when I visit Morwell.

Stayed here twice now, always happy with cleanliness and friendly staff. 80's style motel so your typical downsides are noise through adjoining walls and general decor, but beds and appliances are up to date, plus new shower heads with excellent pressure. They have quite nice gardens and I saw a professional gardener once which suggests they care about attention to detail. I've stayed at several in town and for the price I'd say this is the nicest.

This motel is being used for the homeless- the smell of *****- walking around all night- no locks on the doors , was booked in for 2 nights but after the aircon gave out had - had enough- no one in office after 6pm - checked out in the morning- informed them of what was going on- not interested- no refund on second night
