Would have appreciated if the vending machine on each floor was in operable condition, but otherwise the hotel was great.

Beds & linens were great, as was the staff. Breakfast was good. Shower leaked all over the bath floor every use and there was a roach in my room

The two guys at the front desk were G.R.E.A.T. After a 2 hour wait for a prepaid rental car we were tired and frustrated….it was well after midnight and they still had our room…..
The last one waiting.
We were just so frustrated that they made a fresh pot of coffee and even offered us some breakfast rolls, but we were too tired.
I believe I may have told them I loved them because they brought my anxiety own so quickly.

The employees were wonderful. Very helpful, kind and cheerful. Happy to help in any way. Yes, I would come back. Bed was very comfortable. We always choose Comfort Inn for a good nites sleep.

Would have given it 5 stars except no hot water in the shower on third day of our stay. Not a fan of an ice cold shower. Staff veryfriendly

Hot water was not available at 3:00PM, when I complained they told me its a green system and let it run 15min, after 25 minutes let them know again, they then found out unit had shutoff. Wont stay again for the money not worth it.

Proximity to the Zoo Tampa and the Airport was the main reason for staying there. Facility was in excellent condition; it is noisy being situated on Ocean Boulevard but the convenience was more important to our Family.

The room had a strange musty smell. Other than that the property was pretty nice. The staff were very kind and answered all of our questions.
