房間不大，但整潔舒服，有電梯，有免費停車場，周圍很多餐廳。旁邊有個自助餐廳，21多歐元一位，很多東西吃。

Check in receptionist was cheery, helpful and efficient. Room was as expected, and we have a lot of experience of staying here as it's 1 on our check list for this area.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good parking. If you've not brought your own food, there are choices within walking distance from the hotel. This is 1 of our go to hotels in Val de Reuil.

Nice and clean hotel, nice beds, but the service was horrible.
Rude and ignorant staff. Don’t buy breakfast, it’s not worth the money.

Very friendly (and hard working staff during busy morning breakfast session). Clean, spacious rooms even though we were given a twin room rather than the expected double. No quilt tugging though, so always an upside! TV not working properly, so read, but forgot to mention it to staff on departure.

At reception our booking could not be easily found because it was booked with **********’ -‘overseas’ as the receptionist said. The room was exceptionally small and there was a bedside table on one side of the bed and only one chair in spite of the room being described as a double. We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had better experiences.
