There was construction going on in the room, that we should get, and in that floor. The lady at the reception desk didnt know or care about it. We had to lift our heavy luggage across fresh concrete on the floor, back and forth. Got another room in another floor.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. And everything was just as it should be. Maybe there was too much bread with sugar at the breakfast table

Stayed here as part of a rugby package the staff were all polite and the pictures the website are a true reflection. The continental breakfast was a good quality and lots of choice. The location is good for walking, trains or buses. Do feel that more information could be in different languages in the rooms and reception but nothing that can not be put on Google translate, beds comfortable and air con was great.

Nice clean hotel. Everything on walking distance. Staff is super helpful. Highly recommend it. 3 minutes walk to train station. 10 minutes walk to port with huge number of eating options. We walked back to hotel late night and it was safe.

I stayed one night on a quick business trip to Toulon. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this. However, the hotel is centrally located and convenient for me to attend my meetings on foot after arrival. Parking in the railway car park is a little complicated (though I had stayed in the hotel previously) and the process for booking in advance, which has changed in January 2023, was not explained in the welcome email I was sent (just a QR code attachment). Otherwise the hotel is perfect for a quick business trip to Toulon. I will use again.
