Overall it was a decent stay. The neighborhood is beautiful. The ocean view was blocked by a few other rooms and therefor a little disappointing. Internet was bad, but reception told us it’s a problem for every hotel in the area (cannot confirm that statement). It’s a place to sleep in a good location. Value for money not as good as I wished for, but we booked last minute and had not a lot of options. Room felt rather cold and not really inviting, but was clean.

Cute hotel with a nice location, room spacious however a little blend, tv rather small, ocean view blocked by other balcony’s. Overall still good value for money, sadly the internet is really poor in our room, that should be improved :) Would overall recommend it.

Receptionists we’re very helpful but didn’t seem to have any backup support therefore all requests were carried by person on duty . Room was not replenished with shower gel and tea bags although minor things not what one expect from a 4* hotel . Staff behind bar were not particularly helpful and took restaurant manager to give a reassuring smile . Room was of a good size but not well lit and opening the curtains meant everybody could see in . Overall adequate but not worth the money.

Very nice staff at first with a full service package. To have a gated garage a bit from the hotel and then helping us with the bags and transport to the front desk makes it perfect for us. The rooms, beds and cleaning was absolutely ok and the food too. More restaurants in the surrounding makes this hotel the “place to stay” together with the see in front makes it even greater.

Amazing room with view over the lake. Great location along the waterfront and breakfast had lots of options. Parking was around a 7 minute walk away, but that is doable. Staff was friendly. Overall our favourite hotel on our 2-week Italy trip.

Great spot to mooch from - cute town, lovely restaurants/bars, nearby beaches for swimming, we hired e bikes from the local shop and cycled north for an afternoon to explore/eat/drink/nap on the beach - recommend. 2 nights was perfect.

We asked for an upgrade to a suite facing the lake, so the room and the view to sunset were really nice! The room was very well equipped, with everything from coffee to sleepers. All personnel was really friendly and helpful, especially at the reception and breakfast.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, save parking, and high quality food. It made my birthday here a pleasant surprise. My car broke down, and the reception helped us with calling a garage, and translating the issues and solution. We were very grateful with all the help. The car was fixed, and we could continue our holiday and stay. Big compliment for this hotel!

Fabulous hotel right on the lake's edge with great rooms. Whilst there was a little hassle waiting for the buggy to collect us due to the hotel being in a pedestrianised area, the fact that the there was no traffic totally outweighed the hassle.
