ok.perfect,nice,good and beatiful

The staff here are amazing. I mistakenly booked a room without a balcony, they changed my room to one directly next to the pool which wasn't great but when they saw I wasn't happy they offered me another room, with balcony. Hotel is nice but the staff are exceptional!

I booked this hotel some time ago but on arrival was told I didn't have a balcony - I checked my Booking and this was never mentioned or I wouldn't have booked. The staff were very accommodating and got me a room with a balcony on ground floor however there is absolutely no privacy and basically I could step off the balcony into the pool showers. I was of course charged 20 Euro a night for this. On rechecking the website it does say either no view or no balcony, I could live without the view, especially as what I was given was a constant stream of overweight tourists wandering past close enough to reach in. Not sure this is the hotels fault but it definitely was NOT specified in the confirmation by las**inute.com

Had a great stay here. Food was delicious staff were all brilliant. Room was lovely and had fantastic trea**ent at the spa with Marina. Spa and indoor pool are very relaxing and marina especially was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. Absolutely spotless, you can see the staff constantly cleaning the entire hotel. All the staff are friendly, helpful and work very hard to make your stay an extremely good one. The food is brilliant and there is so much variety to choose from. Loads of choice and plenty to eat. Not far from train station to go to Malaga and other destinations. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

This is a good hotel. It is situated near the town (which can be accessed via a lift) and the sea front. The train to Malaga runs regularly for 4 euros each way and is very accessible. An uber cost around 20 euros for 1 way. Just outside the front of the hotel, you can find a local shop for groceries and a car hire shop. Our rooms were very clean on arrival with a bottle of water left in the fridge. Clean linen and towels were left daily. The television had most uk channels if you decide to sit indoors. The room came with air conditioning and a safe that can be used for a deposit of 5 euros (big enough for a 12" tablet) The food was very good with plenty of choice for breakfast and lunch. We stayed for a week and found a different choice each night. There was entertainment from Thursday to Saturday in the bar area. The drinks were slightly more expensive than in town but that is to be expected. The gym and spa area is great and very clean. There is also a jacuzzi and sun loungers on the rooftop. We had a great holiday and would like to thank the staff who were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Stayed here very nice appar**entls only a short stroll from sea front.If you go in lift to top floor can go out this way and are in torremolinos Town Only issue was no kettle you can get one from reception but oh my word not easy took us 2 days Other than this had a great stay.

Excellent stay at the MS Aguamarina Suites. Staff all welcoming and the food in the restaurant is amongst the best we have had in a Spanish hotel. Great location and we took advantage of the lift to the town. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The hotel had publicly advertised on their own website an all-inclusive offer which I had duly booked with three other guests. We excitedly organised all our flights and relaxed in the safe knowledge that everything was organised. Then completely without warning and without any attempt to compensate us they decided it had all been a mistake and that their computer system had "glitched" and that they wouldn't now continue with our reservations! They even had the audacity to ask if we'd like to book rooms on a board only basis for the same price as the all-inclusive offer!! No apologies were offered, no attempt to address the issue of costs incurred for our flight bookings that had been made in good faith. Even if their excuses regarding a "glitch" had been true then you would expect any decent hotel to at least offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Instead they have done nothing except cancel all our bookings without any attempt to keep our good custom. An absolutely disgraceful attitude from a chain that I have stayed with on many previous occasions......but NEVER AGAIN!!
