Customer service is second to none here. Reception staff in particular bent over backwards for us. The room (a double deluxe triple room with sea view) was excellent and very clean. The balcony was a good size and offered great views accross the sea. If you do not wish to use the hotels own excellent restaurant there is a good choice of restaurants within (literally) a 2 minute walk from the hotel door. Very good all round - the next hotel we stay in this year has a hard act to follow. We would stay here again in the future and i hope we do. One recommendation for hotel : put parasols round the pool or get deckchairs with shades . A very small thing. Also we attended the festa di lampioni - this is a great tourist experience italian culture at its best and it was free (other than transport) I would mention this to people if they are staying at the hotel when it is on :)

My stay at the Belvedere hotel from September 19 to the 26th was perfect . The location was well located in the Puglia region .My room got the best view with a huge balcony .The staff was very helpful , specially Marco at the restaurant at Breakfast . Simona at the reception and Muhammed for helping us so many times.I had the pleasure to meet the Direttore ( Mr. Francesco) very kind and helpful as well . Parking the car was a breeze outside the hotel .Overall , I would definitely stay at the Belvedere again .

Great hotel for a quiet seaside escape. Friendly and helpful staff always with a smile. Rooms spacious, clean and loved the rooftop pool!

The stay at the hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, a splendid view from our room, great breakfast, lovely beach and a variety of little restaurants to choose from. What more can you ask for ... We would recommend this hotel at anytime.

Just back from a week with my family at this wonderful hotel. Location is the best you will get in Torre Dell'Orso! Views from roof top pool were fabulous. Beach was very crowed in July so was lovely to lie out by pool have a dip and 5 min walk from roof pool to beach for a swim in the warm beautiful blue sea! Pool beds always available although could do with some shade up by pool area itself. Pool towels were supplied each day which was great just ask at reception. Hotel rooms were fine pretty standard but immaculately clean. Little fridge refilled with bottled water each day at no extra charge. We had breakfast included where you could order scrambled eggs etc which were very good. Breakfast staff very pleasant. We didn't eat dinner at hotel so can't comment. Free parking at hotel as they provide a parking disk. Reception staff had great English and were most helpful especially Galilea (unsure of spelling). Great base to explore Puglia!!

We stayed at the Belvedere in late June 2023 and couldn't be happier. We had a beautiful room with a brilliannt view. The rooftop pool was better than the pictures portray it. The beach was a 5 minute stroll and truly magnificent. We found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anybody staying in Torre dell'Orso.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belvedere Hotel in Torre dell'Orso in early June, 2023. It has an excellent location overlooking the sea and close to the beach, was very clean, and included a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff (including Gaia, Simona, Marco and Mohammed) were all pleasant and very accommodating. The roof top pool was also very nice, again with a very scenic view. We highly recommend this hotel.

The reception people are amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately visiting in March there was really nowhere to eat except the hotel. It was okay but a little pricey in my opinion. The view from the hotel is spectacular, especially the rooftop terrace ☺️
