Great hotel. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. I only wish that breakfast was included, considering how high the price was.

As soon as i entered the hotel i loved it. It's very stylish, they serve great coffee in the lounge, and they have a happy hour from 4-7. The checkin was quick, friendly, calming after a long day. The room is a very nice wood motif that was both MCM and reminded me of Scandinavia. The bathroom was large with a huge tub and walkin shower. The bed was like a dream, so luxurious. Im particular about the little things and the Ace has it covered.
I would definitely stay here again as the location is also fabulous.

Loved everything about this hotel! The location is great, my room was perfect (except mine didn’t have a record player 😕) restaurant, lobby bar and rooftop were amazing and the staff was friendly.
I went for NYE and chose this hotel for many reasons but because it was hosting a NYE party. To my surprise, they were actually hosting multiple, but to my disappoin**ent, you had to purchase tickets for all except for the party in the lobby bar, which was cool but just felt that the hotel guests should have had access to all parties or at least offered discounted rates for the other events.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Great check in, service and room. Location is fantastic. Walking to Queen West Shops and restaurants.
Minimalist decor works so well.
Miss the in room coffee machine though.
