Comfortable stay at Kaiser Guest House, nice selection of stores in surrounding area. Room was clean and lots of space for bags.

We were coming to Toronto to see a show at Scotiabank arena. We needed accomdation but really no amenities. Like any big city Toronto's hotel prices have more than doubled in the last year. So for a basic bed you're looking at about $250+ for any room.
Kaiser guest house was $155.00 if you pay cash for a very small room with a double bed no windows but a small private bathroom. There is a shared kitchen if you require such a thing.
Located on College street between Spadina and Bathurst the location is divine.

During a trip to Baie Fine, we stopped overnight and stayed at Kaiser Guest House.
The staff was attentive and the location is great. It is more like a college dorm for grad students than a hotel.
