酒店每小時提供接送服務前往機場，乘坐公共巴士前往Kipling station 也只需15分鐘，巴士站只需步行3分鐘便可抵達，對於只逗留幾天而又没有駕車旅客給予極方便的途徑前往downtown 遊覽。早餐也很豐富。

We had a great one night stay for a layover at the Toronto airport. The two bedroom suite was spacious for our family of five. The pool was very basic and no hot tub but the stay was otherwise good. We walked to an Irish restaurant/pub about a block away which was great for dinner.

We came here for my birthday and we were welcomed. The front desk staff was welcoming and they had no problems with us checking in early. We were lucky to have a room right away. They gave us welcome bags and a birthday bag for me filled with treats. Drinks. Thank you so much! The room was beautiful. Two bedrooms and two baths. Three tvs and kitchen. Plus a sofa bed. The buffet could be better. The pancakes were dry. They need to offer more variety.

All staff are well hardworking and polite. Room and breakfast area really clean.

There is no restaurant or bar at this facility, so after our flight they had only food to microwave which was of no value due to being gluten free.

Had a couple earwigs in the room, Staff was very friendly..shuttle is awesome as it comes just for you. Checkout should be 12 not 11 personal opinion as your giblving a home vibe

We stayed at this place for a night. The room was nice compared to others hotel with same price, but the beds were not confortables and the bathroom still had some hair from previous guests. Breakfast was ok, nothing impressive, but customer service was 10/10.

Front desk was so helpful in our needs while we were there

We had a great experience for our first visit and chose to return again. The rooms are well laid out and clean, and the kitchen has all the appropriate dishes (though no soap or sponges/rags - only a tab for the dishwasher). Breakfast is varied and adequate in quality. The staff are amazing! We’ve never encountered anyone irritable, rude or unhelpful.

Beautiful spacious room for a family of 7. We spend only one night and it was great!

My family and i really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk ladies upon check in were so nice and helpful. They really made us feel welcomed. The pool was nice too, my kids loved swimming around for a bit in it. It seemed to have been heated too. Breakfast was great for your included breakfast and had lots of different options. Our only concern really which wasnt even a concern so much, was that we clearly had 6 people on our reservation for the suite and even though two of those people were children it wiuld have been nice to have a towel for each person. We didnt realise there werent enough towels until i went to take my kids out of the bayh after my husband and parents had showered and there wasnt any towels for them, or me for later. Luckily i had their beach towels packed with us so it was fine. Lots of places to eat around there and again front staff made us feel very welcomed.

The website said they had free cribs/infant beds available but they don't. We picked this hotel specifically because we wouldn't have to bring our travel crib for our 1yo. Now we're here without a crib... We did phone ahead and ask them to put one in our room and they said "we'll get housekeeping to set that up". They did not alert us to the fact they don't have them. Everything is great otherwise--but this is a very important detail!
