Rixos Premium Bodrum

I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects: 1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day. 2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings. 3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes. 4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. 5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM. In summation, I am delighted with my stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and have every intention of returning in the future. The exceptional food, the newly renovated rooms, the captivating private beach, and the attentive staff all combined to make my stay truly memorable.

Zero hospitality! Their guest relations is horrible. I got sick during the trip and had to go to hospital. Nobody even asked what happened to me and if they can do anything for me. On our last day, we have requested more time at the room as I had Covid and was sleeping all day. They have extended for 2 hours and rest of the time we were with the rest of the guests freely moving in the hotel. To sum, it is super unfortunate that this natural beauty is in the handa of such uncapable guest relations.

Everything was excellent. Room was amazing, services and food We have enjoyed the tennis court as well Hamzah was helpful and amazing I really liked how variable items there All people are nice And staff are welcoming I loved tbe beach Swimming pools were amazing

We spent 7 nights in Rixos with our toddler. The hotel has been designed very well and it was generally a great place to stay in. Positives: 1. Food 2. Rixy Kids Club 3. Pool 4. Sea 5. Housekeeping (thank you to Nasibe) Negatives: 1. Market 2. Spa 3. Night entertainment could have been a bit more livelier (or have more variety). The prices for the above two were extortionate and made us (and a few other families) uncomfortable.

My husband and I have literally just arrived home after our 1 week stay at Rixos premium Bodrum. We had an amazing week away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life in London. Our holiday needs were about unwinding, relaxation and comfort and this place delivered superbly on these three aspects. The environment is gorgeous, a beautiful view set in grounds full of greenery and spectacular olive trees everywhere. There is the pretty beach, a beautiful pool that looks like a lake and a cold but very much needed pool for adults only. We loved the cold pool, especially on those hot days. Thank you to Hussein for all his hard work, running backwards and forth to the bar to keep us well hydrated. Hussein was always smiling, even when rushed off his feet in the hot weather. He checked in on us all the time and even bought us our usual drinks y the pool before we asked. Keep safe Hussein and I hope you had a lovely birthday today. The room (deluxe sea view) was spacious and comfortable, albeit a little old fashioned in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless, we were never in our room apart from to shower and sleep. There are golf buggy's to take you to and from your room, so don’t worry if your room seems far from the amenities; it’s easy to get around and fun too. The drivers are so friendly and helpful which was a bonus! The restaurant is well planned out, with enough space, food and choice for everyone. The quality of the food was really good, we never had a bad meal. Obviously, you will be in Turkey, so expect Turkish food. If you want a full English breakfast, you will not get one here; but in my opinion that’s a good thing! Our meal times were made extra special by our waiter Mehmet in the Turquoise restaurant. His social, communication and hospitality skills were second to none. His commitment to his job and his customers made you feel like you were in a high end restaurant and as though you were the only people he was waiting on during meal times. He treated everyone in his seating area as VIPs and spent time getting to know you. His English was superb and his manner was professional and polite, with charm and humour too. RIXOS, please look after Mehmet, you are lucky to have him in your team. Team sums up the staff at this hotel; each and every person works extremely hard to maintain the standard of this place. From arrival to departure, we admired the efforts of all staff but I must give a special shoutout to the gardeners who work so hard to maintain the beautiful grounds. Peoples restaurant is also lovely; serving food from a menu and with a view to admire of the beach. Thank you Hamza for making our meal here so lovely. As well as a buggy service around the hotel, you also have a holiday assistant who you can contact throughout your holiday for information, advice and help with anything. Service in this Hotel is great, I liked everything, all restaurants are incredible. All foods in the restaurants are great and they are very high quality. All departments like F and B, Reception and Guest relations are always helpful. Special thanks to Kemal, Mert, Javan and Firuza.

i like the room, its very comfortable and the food is very good, i also lost my scissors and zaki found them for me and im very happy, the staff is friendly, the land is big and there are a lot of fun activities to do, i like the sport programs, it keeps you fit
