Good stay. Was disappointed the pool was closed. This is why I chose this hotel.

The rooms were ok. My bathtub drain was broken. So I couldn’t a bath and the hot tub was also broken and the front desk attendant said the pool was heated and it was not. I was looking forward to swimming, and soaking.

The breakfast was good, the staff was nice, but was very disappointed that the poop and hot tub were broken as thts a lot of the reason we wanted to stay there.

Our stay at The Best Western in Tooele, UT was such a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, so comfortable, and so clean. Exceptional experience!

I'm not sure how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. It's a pretty old property; the carpets in my room were bubbled up and badly needed replacing, the bathroom was tiny and cramped (and dilapidated), the TV was pretty small (though it had an impressive selection of channels), and the way the hotel is built (around the central pool) means you have to smell chlorine every time you leave your room. While the front desk gal was very pleasant, I don't think I'll ever stay here again.

Nice clean hotel felt safe. Rooms were nice only issue was it’s 11 miles from the highway. I wasn’t paying attention when I booked it. Not really happy with the new **********. I could’ve stayed on route 80 and driven to the outskirts of Salt Lake City in the same time, saving myself 40 minutes overall it’s a nice hotel if you happen to be there, but it is extremely far from the interstate

We had to the family suite and it was excellent. Two separate bedrooms plus a living room. Fit the family perfectly. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids. Breakfast had hot and cold options which was nice. Staff was very friendly. The interior of the hotel has completely been updated and is very nice. The outside and surrounding area is deceiving. Would stay here again.
