첫날 히터가 작동이 되지않아서
2번이나 전화하고
그래도 시정이 않되어서
로비로 내려가서 방을 교체요청 하였으나
그것도 묵살
공조시스템이 여름으로 설정이 되어있어서 그런다고함
헐!!!!
로비는 히터가 작동이 되어서 따뜻하였습니다.
그러면서 우리한테 담요를 한장씩 더준다고 하더라고요
이런 ᆢᆢ!!
이호털2곳에서 숙박하였는대
문제가 많은것같아요
4성급은 않이고
3성급수준입니다

We stayed two nights at the Vila Gale hotel, as we were part of a group, our bus was unable to reach the entrance we had to walk about half a block, the lobby is amazing with lots of details of history of Tomar and the way to the rooms is hidden behind a door that is covered with decorations. Since it is a very old building, that also is connected to another one across the street, there is an elevated bridge and that connects to the dining room and other rooms. My room was very nice and warm, the bathroom is large and comfortable, just there was a tiny problem with the shower drain, but I shared the info with the reception. The hotel is beautiful and worth the visit, Food was excellent at breakfast and dinner....will return

Simpatia, educação, profissionalismo, limpeza e bem estar a transbordar. Excelentes profissionais conhecedores do local, atenciosos aos mais pequenos detalhes, comida de alta qualidade e excelentemente confeccionada. Instalações lindas e decoração bem vincada pela história da cidade. Quartos e camas de elevado conforto. Todos os colaboradores desde a recepção, passando pela piscina, restaurante e limpeza, estão de parabéns. Foi dos locais Vila Galé que mais prazer me deu em conhecer e ficar. Continuem assim. Sendo cliente vilagalé, desta vez optamos por visitar o de tomar. Dos melhores hotéis que visitei, o espaço é simplesmente fantastico,localizado numa zona histórica Aproveitando um antigo convento de st.Iria. No seu interior é um bocado confuso encontrar os quartos mas acaba por valer a pena a aventura, equipa super simpática e acolhedora, zona de refeições ampla com ambiente histórico

Un Hotel fascinante por su historia y restauración, se inauguró hace poco más de un año son dos edificios antiguos, un monasterio y un colegio de mujeres unidos por un puente y restaurado con una calidad increíble . Las habitaciones temáticas templarías y toda su estructura edilicias son de primera calidad, tantos atención el desayuno y todos los servicios

Muito bem localizado, excelentes as instalações, qualidade habitual Vila Galé. Muito fácil de arranjar lugar para estacionar perto sem ter de recorrer a garagem do Hotel (que tem custo) Também não é necessário almoçar ou jantar no Hotel se quiser comer fora tem muitos estabelecimentos de restauração próximos e variados

Fomos visitar Tomar e ficamos hospedados nesse excelente hotel. Nosso quarto era grande, confortável e com uma vista agradabilíssima para a cidade e para o castelo. O café da manhã é farto e delicioso. O bar e o restaurante são muito bons, com pratos e drinques deliciosos. O atendimento é simpático e atencioso. Para finalizar, o hotel tem um grande parque de estacionamento.

Hotel com boas instalações, muito bem decorado. Quartos muito acolhedores. Localização privilegiada, perto do centro de Tomar. Pessoal muito atencioso. Serviço excepcional. Recomendo uma estadia neste hotel para também poderem disfrutar da magnífica piscina interior.

Hotel recem remodelado, tudo de bom a dizer. Staff super atencioso, desde a recepção às senhoras dos quartos , spa e restaurante. Instalacoes muito boas, pequeno almoço bom, piscina interior tambem muito boa. Otima localização, qualidade/preço bom. A repetir!
