ดีที่สุดเท่าที่เคยพักมา ห้องใหญ่ ระบบดี บริการดี จะพัก Daiwa ตลอดไป

เราเป็นครอบครัวที่เดินทางพร้อมลูก 3 คน เราจึงจองห้องมุมไว้ 2 ห้องเพื่อให้มีพื้นที่เพียงพอ 1) เราได้ห้องมุม 2 ห้องอยู่คนละฝั่งของชั้น เราต้องเดินขึ้นลง เดินไปมาตามทางเดินเพื่อส่งของให้กันและกัน ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก ตอนแรกทางโรงแรมไม่ยอมให้คีย์การ์ดใบที่ 2 กับเรา โดยบอกว่าใช้ได้แค่ 1 ใบ 2) ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย แต่หมอนแบนมาก เราเลยขอหมอนเพิ่มแต่ก็ไม่ค่อยช่วยพยุงเท่าไหร่ ในห้องมีเครื่องนวดขาไฟฟ้าขนาดเล็ก 3) อ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำต่ำมาก ผู้ใหญ่ต้องก้มตัวลงอีกหน่อย แต่ห้องอาบน้ำและห้องอาบน้ำกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย 4) ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟ JR และมีร้านอาหารให้เลือกมากมาย จึงถือว่าดีมากเพราะเราไม่ได้ทานอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรม ไม่มีจุดรับส่งรถยนต์หรือแท็กซี่ที่โรงแรม เพราะล็อบบี้โรงแรมอยู่ที่ชั้น 3 ของอาคาร 5) เราขับรถ 7 ที่นั่ง (เพื่อบรรทุกสัมภาระ) หลังคาเลยสูงเกินไป ต้องจอดที่ลานจอดรถสาธารณะของ Times ซึ่งอยู่ห่างออกไป 2 นาที ซึ่งเราจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว 6) โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่แนะนำในโทคุชิมะ และเราจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน เพราะทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองและสามารถเดินไปยังแหล่งช้อปปิ้งได้

Centrally located hotel that is next to tokushima station. Room is right sized and hotel staff are helpful.

Good location next to bus and train station. Super supportive staff. Good varied breakfast. Plenty of eateries around. 711 shop on premises. Hot water, cold AC.

This is the only hotel who refuses to give us two key cards for our room for 2 persons. The staff insisted only one key card can be provided, while that only key card has to be inserted in the electricity slot inside the room. How ridiculous. Definitely won't stay in Daiwa group's hotels again.

Great location - next to JR station. Single room is tiny but guess it’s a norm for Japan. Bed is not super comfortable - it’s just too soft. Also some bad odor in the washroom

Very convenient location, just next to the JR station. There are not many hotel choices in this area. Lots of restaurants around. It is clean with a good-sized room.

The location of the hotel is very close to the JR station and the bus stations, about 1-min walk. The room is clean and high pressure shower head is so relaxing. There is a 7-11 store next to the hotel and quite busy.
