Stayed here when visiting our daughter in Sheffield. Whilst you need a car to get in and out of the city, I can really recommend this hotel. Good value, quiet and comfortable. Nice decor, great food an service.

Lovely big room with all you would need to have a comfortable overnight stay.
I forgot to tell them that the shower hose leaked a little and the floor got wet when I showered. Otherwise everything was perfect.
Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.
I would highly recommend the Red Lion for a relaxing stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The rooms have clearly recently been refitted to a very nice standard. Staff were helpful and the restaurant very good.

Lovely clean room, cute decor, clean bathroom, nice toiletries. Lovely touch with a wee little chocolate. Staff lovely and friendly. Absolutely couldn't grumble with this hotel. Fabulous.
