2 beds were crowded into the room wit barely room to squeez through, the "kitchen area" was not clean enough to make a cup of coffee. We left soon after seeing the room. The Desk Clerk refused to cancel my reservations so I have to dispute the charges with my bank. I booked through a 3rd party and the number now sells medical supplies. And the Lobby was filled with friends and family of the employee at the desk.

No frills, but clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast did leave something to be desired, but the coffee was fairly good. Isn’t that the most important thing, after all? The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. All in all, I’d say it was a pretty good pick for a place to stay.

I stayed here for a wedding at Toccoa falls with my two 80 pound dogs. Karen was very accommodating for me and my dogs. I had no issues during my 3 night stay and the bed was very comfortable giving me 3 nights of great sleep. Breakfast was offered every morning. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Toccoa.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early for an event we had. The rooms were overall clean, but stuffy and smelled like mold/mildew. I noticed they had the door propped open and industrial dryers on the floor of the lobby as we walked in. I’m not sure if that was just to simply dry the floor after cleaning, or if there had been a larger leak after rain. It didn’t smell “ clean” so I’m not sure. The hotel is very dated, and the shower leaked excessively. We had to use all of our towels to keep it from running into the bedroom. They gave us more towels when asked. I couldn’t find where they listed hairdryers so I brought my own. It was a good thing, as the one that was in my room was not securely on the wall, and looked like a hazard. I used all of my own toiletries, though they did provide a small bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner. The location was good - easy to get to the places we needed to be. We did not eat the breakfast that was included as we were going out for brunch, but what I saw was very basic cereal, coffee, juice, etc.

Although this hotel is older the staff makes up for what the building lacks. This is a 2-story hotel and there is no elevator. I’ve stayed here three times in the last 3 months and every bed is different. The furnishings and fixtures are extremely dated but it’s clean. The continental breakfast is very limited but the coffee is good. The staff however are excellent. There is daily maid service…when I stay at more expensive Hilton properties I have to request service a day ahead of time. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect for me as my family that I visit is only 2 miles away. Country Hearth will always be my #1 choice in Toccoa
