Rooms are plain but clean and comfortable. The hotel has attractive views over the Grand Bassin. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Simple and cozy hotel with a good locattion and a particular atmosphere where we (a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids of 8 and 12 years) immediately felt comfortable. All went smoothly and nicely and the 1 night stop at Grand Bassin remained a pleasant memory for us. Thank you for everything!

It was a perfect stay for us. Very clean hotel and the location is amazing. Everything is within few steps. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again!

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Grand bassin pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Mille mercis à Nardjisse pour sa gentillesse, son écoute et ses très bons conseils. Nous avons passé avec mon frère un très beau séjour dans votre hôtel, décoré avec très bon goût, très propre et très confortable. Chokran gezilan :-) Nous nous sommes régalés au moment de déguster notre iftar sur mesure ( sans viande ni poulet) et au moment de déguster notre shour matinale, merci ! Très bonne suite à vous tous et, nous l'espérons, à bientôt inchallah.

Localisation parfaite au centre de Tlemcen, à proximité de la grande mosquée et du méchouar... juste en face du beau parc du grand bassin (belle vue depuis la chambre et calme garanti). Belle décoration des partie communes et de la chambres conciliant authenticité et confort, chambre très agréable et très fonctionnelle et, cerise sur le gâteau, un accueil et un service de très grande qualité :) Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité... sans oublier l'excellent ftour de Ramadhan concocté sur mesure selon nos goûts (sans viande), tout comme le shour tout aussi bon :) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Grand Bassin et le choix de l'hôtel a grandement contribué à faire de notre escale à Tlemcen un excellent souvenir de voyage! Superbe hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de petit commerces, et de site merveilleux à visiter tel que la Grande Mosquée, el kissaria et ces boutiques touristiques, le mont Mansourah, etc.
Nous remercions la direction ainsi que l'ensemble je dis bien, l'ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur bienveillance. C'est un hôtel propre ou l'on se sent en sécurité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☺️. Le petit déjeuner est parfait mêlant des produits frais et locaux.
Merci pour les petits soins apportés durant notre séjour 🙏, cela fait toute la différence. Merci à la bienveillance des Tlemceniens.

Les détails de cet hôtel font toute la différence. La réception avec un accueil chaleureux et un personnel toujours accueillant et souriant au service du client. Les chambres étaient propres portant des indications qui font la différence (indications de quibla, de leau non potable,les cadres les lumières douces, l'ascenseur)un hôtel apaisant avec une décoration simple et belle.

Personelle professionelle. Hotel très propre! Vue splendide sur le jardin Grand. Bassin et le téléphérique. Endroit stratégique, calm et Proche du centre ville. Je recommande 100%, des vacances à refaire !
