The hotel is new, beautiful, well equipped and furnished. The reception and the staff in general are very pleasant and willing to help at any time. The rooms were beautiful, large, comfortable beds, very clean and modernly furnished with tea and coffee making facilities, large LED TV and fast internet. The room includes a large balcony with seating. The bathroom was large with an extra-large glass shower and hotel cosmetics. Breakfast was always the same, with a change in 1-2 dishes, but even so, the changes were often repeated. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The dinners were rich, it was possible to choose from several dishes, but not all of them were deliciously prepared. The meat used to be dry and not well seasoned. But the pasta was perfect, especially the bolognese. Apart from the goulash and broth, the soups had a bland taste. For dinner, you can buy drinks from the bar. But the prices are not high. The bar next to the restaurant offers foreign beers and many mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The drinks were perfectly mixed. The chapter itself is wellness and spa areas. The hotel includes free entrance to the swimming pools, you can use the entire outdoor swimming pool (a couple with a pool with thermal water) with many pools and attractions, as well as indoor pools, which are also with thermal water. There is also a whirlpool. The entire area is very large and beautifully maintained. It is possible to buy pool snacks (langos, hotdogs, kebabs, ...) and there is a pizzeria by the indoor pool. The swimming pool includes classic spa trea**ent procedures performed by specialists under the supervision of a doctor (with whom you can consult), but these are paid for. The hotel has a large covered parking lot. The only problem is the location, it is far from the center and if the spa is not enough for you, you have nothing else to do there. There is no entertainment in the vicinity (only a sports complex), but you will find what you need in the city. It is far to reach on foot, you need a car, bicycle or taxi. I appreciate that the hotel tries to be environmentally friendly.

We highly recommend the Tisia hotel after our amazing stay there in May. The staff were friendly and the rooms were luxurious and comfortable. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms as my daughter has a physical disability and uses a wheelchair. The room was spacious and well designed for her needs. In addition, we had a great experience at the restaurant as well. There were many tasty options to choose from. We were very impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. We will definitely return to the Tisia hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were very satisfied with the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the room and the service of the front desk. The breakfast buffet was very good (sparkling wine included), whereas the dinner buffets left some room for improvement. All dinner-time drinks were charged extra. The stay included unlimited entry to the adjoining thermal spa, for which the property provided free bathrobes and beach towels. However, some hotel staff members outside of the main reception had very limited English, so we had minor difficulties in communicating. The clientele of the hotel skewed older, with few families, so the ambience was more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, I was very happy and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has direct access to the spa, which is one of the best in the area. Lot of options for massage, beauty trea**ents and more. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, including fish, steak, and they have children menu also. Perfect for families!

A 1st class hotel. Very comfortable, food very with different types each day and friendly service. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good. It is connected to a big thermal spa, which is just amazing. New hotel, very good quality. Nice, spacious rooms. Food was good also. Parking safe and car is under roof. I would recommend it, very nice and relaxing.
