Hotel Udhayam International

staying at this hotel recently, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The condition of the room was appalling - the doors were broken, making security a major concern. The bed had blood-stained sheets, which was not only unsightly but also unsanitary. Cockroaches infested the room, creating a completely unacceptable living environment. To add to the list of issues, the bathroom did not even have a functioning lock, which is a basic necessity for any guest. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and uncomfortable this stay was. I strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel until they address these serious issues. It's essential for the ***agement to improve the cleanliness, security, and overall condition of the rooms to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests. This experience was far from what one would expect from any reputable establishment. In addition the hotel charges extra than what was advertised stating they wrongly mentioned the amount in MakeMyTrip

Stayed for a night, there is nothing good to say about, only cons booked 3 rooms for a event, everything had one or other concern, main concern is the clean and Tidiness, bathroom sink was blocked, shower and other area is full of dirt, AC doesn’t work in ***y rooms, once shower is finished can’t use the carpets to clean legs as we get dirt again, list goes on, don’t fall into the trap and also before checkin plz do check the rooms yourself and then take. There are no shops near by, only the reception and entrance is quite compromising, you can look at the sofa seats at reception and think how the rooms beds and chairs looks like.

I wanted to give zero rating. We paid 3610 rs for one day stay.We risked our lives staying here, just after check in within 5 mins when my wife tried to open the curtain, the curtain rod made up of huge plywood rod fell on her head. Since its an emergency we rushed to hospital in our car, fortunately there was no serious injury on the skull but swelling and medications were suggested. All this while hotel response was just "sorry", we didnt expect this. They didn't even check how was she? We were totally down and tensed because of this and the planned tripwas short we went to temple and left the hotel as there was all other hotel rooms were booked ( due to dasara holidays). From hotel ***agement they didn't even check what has happened after the incident. Worst and life threatening situation. totally avoid this hotel ever. Moreover we were caught in lift for five mins suddenly. Also not to mention , used bed linen, dirty pillows were given. Our biggest regret for lifetime.
