Comfortable stay and friendly service. Location of room was very conveniently access to the beach. Swimming pool was great and access from beach to pool was great with necessary shower and towels.

The stay was great and enjoyable. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
However, I was charged $200 for deposit and it’s now more than 10 days since my check out and I have yet to receive my refund. The hotel doesn’t respond to my email. That’s disappointing.

All Good,Mrs Sheila is very friendly.
The only thing i disappointed about is the ala carte food.i believe hotel Chef can do better than that.
The carbonara,the fish sweet sour,the thai food taste are not good enough.I hope can improve the food quality same as Bejaya Johor Bahru.

One of the best resort @Tioman. Was there for 4 days for diving. First of all, all Berjaya staffs were friendly. Secondly, credit must be given to Mr. Wei (Activity counter manager), who organise our diving activity. Well there were less crowd on weekdays, but Wei manage to organise a dive on Monday morning specially for me. Thank to Dive Instructor @Danny as well for the great holiday! Definitely will return! Thanks to the manager as well!

The staff pay attention to our needs and requests. They are very polite. We had a memorable stay there, quiet and peaceful. Would be lovely if the units are equipped with newer furnishings. Hope the upscaling and renovation will give a more refreshing look. Look out for the night show on Fridays and Saturdays-the highlight of our stay.

My wife and I went to the Berjaya for the weekend. The location is great, and the beach is nice. The facilities and the swimming pool are great. However, I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. Every morning my back was quite sore, so upgrading the mattresses would be nice.

It has been years since I last visited Tioman island.. This time we choose the Berjaya Tioman resort and had a fantastic experience.
The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived..Especially thanks to Nana and her partner driver where they bring us around the tour. The resort's beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft sand that made for the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun.
One of the highlights of my trip was the snorkeling experience. The resort offers snorkeling tours that take you to some of the most beautiful spots in the area, and I was blown away by the colorful marine life I saw on my excursion. Renggis under water world is amazing
In addition to the beach and snorkeling, I also had a chance to indulge in the resort's spa and food offerings. The spa treatments were top-notch, and helped me unwind after a day of adventure.
Overall, I would highly recommend Berjaya Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation experience. Despite the pretty old facility.. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful beach, exciting snorkeling, and great food and spa services make this resort a true gem.
