Right in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money.

They have a known scam that if you do not check in before 5pm, they say your room was sold so you need to pay more for an upgrade. Be sure to request to pay in pesos, because they try to force you to pay in dollars at a horrible conversion if you do not oay attention. $10 for late check out until 1pm. Then when you go to pay they will tell you that it is 12:40, not 1pm.

Great hotel,
I will suggest they review/change the check out time. (Curtent check out is 11am).
We go to a hotel to relax, 11am is not giving us time to do nothing in rhe morning...
Is actually stressful.
Most hotels check out is 1pm, some are very flexible.

The property did not honor my reservation. I arrived at 9 PM and they told me that they had given my room to another customer. I was not given information about the action they had taken. They then told me that i could go to one of their other hotels, which are lower quality and smaller. I ended up having to find another hotel as a walk in.

It was an ok hotel rooms are small and doors seem like a bedroom door rather than hotel door. You can hear everything plus no elevators
