Room was spacious. Hotel was located very close to borders and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Traffic wasn't very good as there is only one way to get in and out of hotel so depending on time of day, it might take extra time to get into or out of hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Location was ok...I typically like to stay closer to Revolution.

The location was good and I was a little surprised to see the Metris condition, but I'm satisfied with the overall condition

Clean hotel, friendly staff and easy access. Would definitely recommend it, I’d stay there again.

Hotel was in good condition. The only issue was noisy plumbing when flushing toilet, but not a big deal. Location was the best part of it. 10 min walk to museum, 15 min walk to Revolucion street or $3 Uber ride. Restaurants all around, including Tacos El Franc right across the streetc and OXXO right next door, Mercado Hidalgo a block away. Check in Sport quick check out even quicker, like it should always be. They offer breakfast but I knew we wouldn’t wake up on time and there’s way too many food options.

Very nice employees help us in everything always with very good attitude. We can walk to restaurants , shopping . Clean and the beds super comfortable !

quiet and convenient to downtown either uber or taxi. you can walk downtown for about 30 minutes. I pointed out out to the staff that i found what appear to be blood stains on a curtain and he immediately accomodated me to another room. The location was quiet and supersafe. the only thing I didnt like is some of the hallways had a tobacco stain smell similar to the ******s. Otherwise, the insided rooms were nice and comfortable. It has a very European interior.

We been staying there all times we go Tj because we love the hospitality and service thank you very much.

Overall the hotel was nice inside. We went there during Baja fest and even with all the chaos staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were small but overall we felt safe. There was a Costco walking distance which was great to get some alcohol lol
