酒店位置真好，離鳳凰歌劇院2分鐘，看完歌劇可以快速回房間休息！ 房間特別大，這在威尼斯特別難的，另外頂樓陽台視野不錯，早餐也很贊

Breakfast was very good, it was not very far the boat stop. Location was also nice

Excellente expérience .❣️❣️❣️ Pour fêter notre 2 ans de mariage nous avons choisi cet hôtel bien situé au centre dans un cartier chic de Venise près à la place st Marc nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et tenons à vous remercier pour tout : l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, les attentions, la propreté , le surclassement 🥰🥰🥰 la chambre 206 bien spacieuse avec une décoration charmante qui marque l esprit ,la vu depuis les deux fenêtres donne sur le canal rajoute une touche majestueux merci aussi pour la corbeille de fruits. le SPA réservation privée m’a permis de passé un excellent moment en amoureux. Petit dej au top. Un grand merci pour vous tous et spécialement à VANESSA ,GLORIA et KRYSTEL..

特別滿意的一個酒店，酒店設施好，房間乾淨整潔，衞浴與卧室距離遠，不影響休息。酒店服務員特別熱情。早餐非常豐富。購物也很方便，周圍都是名品店。

The hotel is located right smack where the big branded boutiques are located, and 10 mins walk to doge palace and st peter Basilica. However the hotel is very far in. U got to wheel your luggage in, which may damage the wheels. Hence pls bagpack 😅 The hotel look Like a mini museum if only u take the stairs from level 3 and walk down. Very instaworthy. The staff is also very friendly and speak good English. We got lucky and had a room with the balcony despite the room size is tight but it was manageable. I love the balcony view facing all the houses and church. It has the rustic charms to it.

威尼斯主島裏面的一個有着家族歷史的酒店，別具地域特色，酒店員工也都很NICE。特別要提到的是，他家一層的餐廳，非常棒，材質和服務達到米其林三星級別，一定記住需要提前預訂。

酒店位置特別好，在奢侈品一條街，從威尼斯火車站坐公交船就可以到，Giglio站，下船後步行幾分鐘就到。房間沒有景觀，不挨着水路。 對樓下的餐廳不滿意，本來下樓預訂，服務員説直接來就行。等營業時間過去，又説沒預訂不讓進。不曉得什麼情況，很生氣！

가격대비 완전 비추. 아침식사는 평범함 .위치는 괜찮으나 호텔상태 완전 별로. 써비스 평범함 다시 가고싶지 않은 호텔

100多年的酒店，坐落在奢侈品一條街上，服務人員都很友好，裝修復古典雅，電梯是40多年前的，早餐豐盛，值得打卡紀念.

前台的服務員超級熱情，酒店很有古香古色，很有韻味，服務超級好，早餐也非常棒，這是我在意大利住過最好的酒店。 因為要從桂林市到其他城市，中間還要轉乘高鐵。工作人員給的非常非常耐心，仔細的指引並寫下了相關的路徑。 這種酒店真正的是把服務做到細節，把服務做到心窩。 Is the best service hotel Which i have lived in Venice of Italy. the staff of reception is very kind man with very professional and serious spirit to client. Friendly and lovely staff Everything is perfect except the location is far from the train station and the airport. It also requires taking the water bus

一丝不苟，一尘不染！ Old Fashion酒店，保有了非常古老的西方Hotel传统，我和老公很开心能住这样优秀的酒店；匆忙之中柜台经理还帮我们解决了很大在交通上的麻烦，除此之外，大头🦐老公竟然把现金留在了保险箱，人都到了佛罗伦萨酒店联系才知道落下东西！最後是聯繫當地朋友才幫忙與酒店處理好了回款一事.

位置絕佳，門前就是購物一條街，離聖馬克廣場步行幾分鐘，酒店後門有水道，對帶有多件行禮箱，乘出租船直達非常方便；房間較大，衞生好，前台和餐廳服務都很熱情，威尼斯很值得住上兩晚

Nice hotel, good location. The best part is the service. Staff were very friendly and i love the bathtub!! Will book here again if I come to Venice.
