Another good experience on our overnight stay at this hotel. Very nice and accommodating staff. Room very clean. Only issue was that we couldn’t control the furnace, but called the front desk and 2 minutes later help came to our door and set it up. We’ve been staying here for many years and will continue to do so. Always very satisfied.

It's a very nice new, clean room with heat and air. They have parking lot security. The staff was nice.

They have a bar and restaurant on site. Food very good and staff offer excellent customer service 👍

Its my 3rd time staying with them every time I go to TJ I feel so safe and welcome. The cleanings staff are on top of everything its walking distance from different places. I truly recommend

Everything was good and clean, staff very friendly very accessible to shopping centers ,except for the sheets were a little bit old and not to clean.

The shower had long hairs like it had not been cleaned.
The coffee maker was dirty and had coffee from the previous guests.
The Shampoo and Body Wash Bottles in the shower were completely empty. Not even when our room got “cleaned” did they replenish the bottles.
