We stayed in one of the 2 bed superior Villas with an outdoor tub . We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Costa Sal . The staff were attentive and friendly . We could not fault our accommodation which was cleaned on a daily basis . The location is superb as the beach , bus stop , promenade and the commercial centre are only a few minutes walk away . There are of bars and restaurants to choose from nearby . There is a small gym , outdoor kids play area and a small games room on site . There is a small shop downstairs but some of the shelves were empty or had very little stock available while we were there . There is decent spar shop and also a new mini supermarket only a few minutes walk away which would have everything you need . We had breakfast in the complex which was hit and miss at times . The pools are lovely and we were able to use floats etc. at our leisure . There is a pool bar which sold hot snacks and drinks from 12 - 5pm . Overall we really enjoyed our time in Costa Sal and hope to return again soon .

This a great hotel . Our room was spacious and very clean . The pool is great and the staff friendly . A great location just by the sea . We had the breakfast which was good , although a little disorganised on the buffet at times. Great transport links , the bus stops outside .

Upon our arrival Josey on reception was very welcoming and friendly. She gave us a run down of facilities etc and location of our villa. Villa was lovely and clean, plenty of room and the main bed was huge. Rooms cleaned most days apart from every 3rd day. Always staff gardening, painting, maintaining things. Poolside was clean. Lifeguard was friendly too and kept poolside tidy. Pool is closed first thing in the morning for cleaning. Plenty of Sunbeds. Pool bar staff very good. Pool was very cold today though so could do with heating. We were self catering so didn’t really eat there apart from pool snack bar on a couple of ocassions. I thought that the food prices were a little on the expensive side. We were offered to upgrade to the meal packages on arrival. The weekly quiz/bingo night has been cancelled since Illunion Hotels have taken over so it would be nice to see this brought back as we would have stayed and had a night in the restaurant/bar if there was some evening entertainment. Overall great experience had by all our family. We will definitely book again at this hotel due to been family friendly and location. Thank you Costa Sal for a lovely holiday in the Sun!!

Really lovely quiet relaxing hotel . Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and absolutely spotless, cleaned regularly. Didn't have dinner or breakfast so cannot comment on food . Close to restaurants/ supermarket . I would stay here again , very close to airport for travelling. Staff at reception were very nice as where the cleaning staff . All round great holiday and I would recommend.

A perfect place for a relaxing break. This was out third time here and it never disappoints. The entire complex is immaculate and the staff so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the pool area spotless.. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Please be careful walking out the front of this hotel becsuse if you walk staight ahead of uou like my husband did the step is bigger than you think and he has 4 broken ribs broken elbow and wrist and no one came to help us and our 15 year old aaked reception to call a ambulamce but because my husband aged 73 years old did not want any fuss they did not call a ambulance and he was on the ground roaring his heart out with pain. Never would I wish the holiday we had on anyone . Plus so many steps around this hotel and I asked so many times to get a ground floor apartment to no avail. Unless on the second last day we wanted to walk more steps to a tiny apartment. I thank I am home and this hotel turned me off holudays for life. Gwen. .

Second time at Costa Sal. Excellent hotel in a great location. Great sea views from some of the rooms. Nice walk to and from Pureto Del Carmen which was nice each morning a night. Staff all excellent and the place is spottles.
