Great hotel, staff were friendly and loved the ale house bar. One thing that could be improved is the Lift speed, it is painfully slow! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

We were regular visitors to previous Ripon Spa over many years. We were pleased to note the quality of the external renovation works. The interior rework is superb, compliments due to the designer. Bedroom design & decor first class.We will certainly return and recommend to others. Only downside is the state of the gardens which used to be lovingly presented with colouful flower beds and mown grass especially the croquet pitches. Im sure the gardens may well be work in progress as the new hotel gets up to speed.. We look forward to our next visit.

A short break away in a hotel that we have stayed in before and it continues to impress! I am loosing count now of how often we have stayed in this particular inn collection hotel and whilst this time we met a different management team to our previous visits, the team spirit and customer service continues!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was good, the room comfortable and clean. We will come back for longer next time.

The rooms are large gladly with a fan as window opening not possible. Comfortable bed, 5 feet wide. Only one full length mirror in the bedroom and when trying to use the hairdryer, sadly the wire on the dryer like a corkscrew and there was no plug near enough to use it and still see youself in the mirror! Good breakfast selection, buffet style and hot. Car parking on first come basis but on street unlimited parking only minutes away. Would recommend.

Check in we were greeted with - you cant check in till 3pm asked if we could store luggage till then and they said no dont have a facility for this that is secure

Room was excellent, pretty much faultless. What lets it down is the lack of any personal interaction. iPad check in. No one to seat you at breakfast (just sat down and got going, no one checked our room number). Maybe trying to operate with not enough staff?
