Helmsley is lovely and the hotel is in an excellent location. Friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Although we were disappointed with the size of the room (it was tiny) we wouldn’t stay again for £170, not sure whether we drew a short straw booking via *******.

There was cobwebs above the bed..shower teay had hairs..and the room looked tired...
Lights on the ceiling needed painting aroung wallpaper starting to peel. .just abit tired

Very enjoyable from start to finish. Super friendly staff, great welcome on arrival. Everything needed in room but a bit small. Bar & restaurant really cosy and enjoyable

What a lovely hotel, The reception staff was vey friendly.
Our room was lovely and comfortable and clean.

We can't say enough about this place. Superb room, excellent breakfast with lots of options. All the staff are very professional and very helpful. Food in the restaurant is also very good. Free parking is right behind the hotel which is a good touch. 10/10 for The Feathers and would highly recommend to anyone.

Our room was very spacious with very high standard facilities including an amazing bathroom. Lovely and quiet. We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Helmsley is a very pretty market town. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a delightful town. Lots of place to eat and drink, great walks in the doorstep. Fab place for a break for a couple of days.
