Facturation de taxe non prévue. Non signalé à la validation de la réservation. J'ai dû payer des frais non mentionné. Agent de l'accueil n'a rien voulu savoir. Manque de compréhension. Chambre simple sans plus.

Rapport qualité prix non acceptable. Pas d'accueil le soir à partir de 21h. Ptit déj médiocre

J’ai pas aimer le faite d’être arrivé le soir à l’hôtel et qu’il est personne à l’accueil pour nous recevoir et surtout de ne pas pu avoir les informations sur l’endroit que je devais récupérer les clés, heureusement pour moi que j’ai trouvé une cliente qui connaissait la procédure.

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Appart hôtel,très propre et fonctionnel. Acceuil présent et réceptif à nos demandes. Près de la gare RER de Poissy .

L'accueil fut parfait. Hotel bien situé et très calme, propre. Le personnel est dispo et souriant
