เรามีประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากในร้านอาหาร ไม่มีบริการเลยดังนั้นฉันจึงไม่สามารถเขียนบริการที่ไม่ดีได้ - ได้พบกับคุณจองแล้ว - ใช่ชื่อ ... คุณไม่ได้อยู่ในรายชื่อ คุณจองที่ไหน?- ที่แผนกต้อนรับ โอ้นั่นคือปัญหา! ฉันไม่ชอบให้ใครมาเป็นปัญหา มันเป็นร้านอาหารที่ใหญ่มากและเห็นได้ชัดว่าโรงแรมแห่งนี้เต็มไปด้วยปาร์ตี้บนรถบัส ดังนั้นพวกเขาจึงต้องคุ้นเคยกับการมีแขกจำนวนมาก หลังจากนั่งได้ซักพักในที่สุด พนักงานเสิร์ฟที่ไม่พูดภาษาก็ยื่นเมนูให้เรา พอกลับมารับออเดอร์ได้สักพักเขาก็ไม่เข้าใจหรือพูดภาษาเราไม่ได้ ก็เลยสั่งเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ปรากฏว่าไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเหมือนกัน เลยให้ชี้เมนู ใช้เวลา 45 นาทีในการรับอาหาร เราสั่งพริกไทยแท่ง เข็มนั้นไม่เคยเห็นเมล็ดพริกไทยเลย แหล่งที่มาคือราชามะเขือเทศ ไม่ใช่ซอสพริกไทย พนักงานเสิร์ฟไม่เคยกลับมาก่อนที่เราจะทานอาหารเสร็จ และไม่สนใจว่าจะไม่เป็นไรหรือไม่ หลังจากเอาจานของเราไปเขาก็ไม่กลับมา! สักพักฉันก็หมดความอดทนจึงโทรหาบริกรอีกคนแล้วถามว่าสามารถกำหนดไว้ในบิลค่าห้องพักของเราได้ไหม แล้วจึงขอผู้บังคับบัญชาซึ่งตนไม่มี ฉันบอกเขาเกี่ยวกับความผิดหวังของเรากับอาหารและการไม่ให้บริการ เขาอธิบายว่าไม่ใช่บริกรที่เป็นคนทำอาหาร! แล้วเขาบอกว่ามีคนปฏิบัติตามเพียงเพื่อร้องเรียน เขาอยู่ที่นั่นมาหนึ่งสัปดาห์แล้ว ในตอนเช้าเราเช็คเอาท์เห็นได้ชัดว่าไม่ได้รับแจ้งจากแผนกต้อนรับ และเด็ก 4 ขวบก็วิ่งไปถามไวยากรณ์ที่ดูเหมือนจะทำงานที่โรงแรม ดังนั้นพนักงานต้อนรับจึงเป็นพี่เลี้ยงเด็กและยุ่งมากและไม่อยู่ด้วย ฉันไม่เคยไปที่นั่นอีกเลย

This is actually a quite cosy place. There is a nice cosy and local ("jysk") vibe in this place, and nice and friendly service from the staff. Food was ok (not great), breakfast a bit standard/not spectacular. Meeting rooms were ok, but quite average, and a big minus were the hundreds of flies on the windows, which didn´t give a very positive impression. Cosy restaurant and nice bar in the evening. Pool was fine but quite cold! Rooms ok, very average, to me very much a 3 star property. Can be recommended, but do not expect something exclusive.

Had to kill 5 spiders before going to sleep, no wifi, dirty floor, lack of painting

Strong smell from the bathroom, no tea or coffeee making facilities

worn out old hotel ,spiderweb from the ceilin. dirty pool. dirty sleepin blankets worn out bowling alley, dry chicken for dinner , closed restaurant grumpy old bartender all in all quite a horrible place

It is around nowhere. Only place to eat at the hotel. Outdated. The carpet at the entrance completely runout gives you a not good welcome. No ramp for the baggage, too many steps all over. The rooms have a not nice odor. Windows can not open. No air condition, no safe on room, no fridge. Food was ok.

Fint til prisen. Stort hotel. Lidt sjusket renoveret/vedligeholdt. OK mad i restauranten.

Noisy. Staff just watched as I hauled loads of baggage with to kids to the room in the middle of the night. Load talking in the middle of the night. Room had dead bugs on the beds, that makes me think it has been long since it was last used and it was not checked before we got it. sewer smell in the bathroom.
