Hotel Gananan is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was nice. The pool was a disappoin**ent. We had looked forward to relaxing by the pool, but it was so dirty it was impossible to use. There are no chairs or tables around the pool for relaxing and enjoying the weather.

It is a decent hotel but not a 3 star as claimed, and overpriced for the service, rooms were neat but you will feel like you are seeping in the middle of a busy street, after a long drive you need peaceful sleep to continue your journey but the noises from outside, (bus horns, autos, engine sounds) will make it difficult for you to sleep and hotel staff not ready to change your room to the other side, not ready to give one extra complimentary water bottle, (no hotel has refused so far), customer service level is not to the mark, Welcoming with smile and wishing is the only service they know Breakfast is very limited only south Indian and some breads, even egg not available, but it was tasty, it is a decent hotel but over priced and not 3 star as shown in the web sites, if you plan to stay insist for rooms on the back or be ready to sacrifice your sleep,

We are From Australia...Excellent location for lodging. Without Luggage can walk to Station...Pleasant personnel and a tidy Specious room as per Indian Standard. We were given a downstairs room as requested as we were given originally an upstairs one. The staffs are polite and gentle, and the breakfast is nice. Due to the limited restaurant hours, it is best to order ahead of time or eat outside.

I have explained the entire story in my Google reviews. This place isn't enough to write about the bad experience we faced as family. We people have stayed in ***y 3 star 4 star and 5 star hotels All we expect is respect for the guest and customer service HOTEL GNANAM IS UNFIT TO RUN BUSINESS Very bad experience. We will never go back to that place again

The hotel is close to the Temple. But it’s in a noisy marketplace that you can hear the vendors (they use a megaphone to shout). The WC was constantly leaking. They fix it after complaining but the leaking starts again with use

The AC in the restaurant was switched off to save electricity cost and I was sweating a lot during breakfast. No fan and no power outlet to connect to anything. Very disappointed. Next time I will not be staying here for sure. I don't mind paying extra. I need AC to work.
