Excellent service, sumptuous food. The baked corn and spinach was delightful, the grilled fish in lemon butter sauce, fulfilling. The chocolate mousse was enjoyable. Pleasant and helpful staff. Ms Priyanka was especially very attentive to our needs.

Awesome interior, good service. Barnali, hosted very well, most appreciable. Will recommend others to visit this restaurant. Shooting music, good food with good experience.......... Will Surely visit next time...................

Well done up and clean , modern rooms. Very good and helpful staff. Would like to specifically mention Priyanka. Barnali and Anuprava- went out of their way and were very courteous and hospitable. Will be surely referring friends and family to stay here.

We visited to Metro Bar which is operated by Cygnett Group of Hotel. The bar is amazing, the food and drinks 🍸 are very delicious. The bartender Bijay Sharma whose have greatest knowledge about drinks and bar, he is very friendly person. Thank you Bijay and Cygnett Hotels.

Honestly I’m not satisfied with the hotel service. They should not ask for ID with repeater guest on every stay. Colleagues are not aware about the DND policy as well as while it was reported to operator, the operator replied that “I’ll inform to colleague and i was not there”. This type of behavior can’t be accepted in hospitality industry. Reply from Duty ***ager was only sorry instead of asking the reason to colleague. Brand like ‘Cygnett’ and the colleague handles the complaint on this way is pathetic.

The ambience, the service, the staffs, the view and most importantly the food is upto the mark and leaves a very small window for anyone to complain about anything. One only drawback if I've to state any, would be the waiting time for food. But with the fine quality of food they provide, Even that's very well deserved.
