I really enjoyed my stay as this little hotel is clean, nice staff and close to Temuco centre. Differently recommend! 😊

about the hotel everything ok , i will never booked againthough ******* is horrible difficult , the chat is nothing dont have ansewrs very difficult to have a conversation

safety in case of emergency to get out the room: locks do not comply with evacuation because the lash or botton in the nob has to be twist 90 degrees In order to open the door. California Fire Code

Should Guests be compensated for NO Hot Water in a hotel room?? Apparently this is complete normal at KU Hotel at Temuco Chile. After reporting the situation with the reception I was informed that is not possible to take a hot shower after 11am. I know this sounds ridiculous but it's the truth ... Please avoid this hotel at all cost. (Horrible costumer service, rude staff, overcharged)

El Hotel es limpio, cómodo, tiene estacionamiento y está cerca del centro para ir a hacer compras , tiene un buen desayuno , y la atención del personal es excelente. Recomendable!!
