TownePlace Suites by Marriott Temple

"Terribly rude staff. No one answers the phone when u call but they can sit outside and smoke cigarettes. I couldn’t even get a receipt on check out and apparently they don’t know how to send it via email. I will never be back. Reported the issues to Marriott and the BBB."

"ASK TO SEE THE ROOM FIRST! Disgusting smell, the chair looked like it came out of a dumpster, do not stay here. The bed looked like it was covered in thrift store miss matched bedding, we walked in and walked out, EMLOYEE WAS RUDE WHEN WE DIDNT STAY AND THEY DIDNT REFUND."

"They’re customer service hung up on me after explaining my situation and there floor manager lied to me. I will never stay at any of their hotels. I should only be charged for the night I stayed. I checked out the next morning."
