Blondie Jaffa Aparthotel

The place made us feel like we're in a tradional home. We were 2 people and we stayed in a big double room (studio) - it is what I recommend. The studio is spacious, clean and tradionally designed. It is very beautiful for travelers who appreciate the local details. The client service is very good. Every concern we had, was addressed and solved quickly and solved in a friendly and respectful manner. The place is also very well located, just a few min from the beach in Jaffa and it is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets. There's also a supermarket 5 min away from the place. I totally recommend the studio for the warmth of home it gives.

Dirty fridge, dust everywhere, dirty toilet was the surprise when we arrived ! After having called the agency, we went outside to get fresh air and a staff came to clean quickly the flat and they stolen my iPhone !!!! The owner just blocked us on *********** to avoid comments !! Very bad experience

Disaster! Upon arrival we found an apar**ent that was dirty - disgusting fridge and toilets. Dust and dirty marks on the furniture. There were no sheets for the sofa bed and finally impossible to sleep in the sofa bed as so uncomfortable. One of the window blinds was broken. After the first evening, things got worse... upon return to the apar**ent after visiting Tel Aviv, we noted that the door had been opened and our mobile phone stolen! Other people had the keys to the apar**ent and therefore it was not at all secure! After reporting the theft to the police, and the operator, someone came to change the locks but did not bring the right equipment... We finally had to change apar**ent in order to be safe. The operators of the apar**ent promised each day to find a solution but no solution has been found! We wanted to be reimbursed for a disastrous 3 night stay but every day we were told, this was being considered by the owner but nothing has occurred. I strongly recommend NEVER GOING TO THIS APAR**ENT. It is well situated and a decent price but you risk having your personal affairs STOLEN!

We received a text on the day of arrival that there were technical issues with the booked apar**ent. They texted us telling us we would get a full refund or another accommodation they arranged. The host arranged a room at the complex called ‘Silicate’. When we arrived we were shocked as the accommodation did not meet our expectations. Totally different location and a very small room including a tiny bed. We asked for a full refund and booked another hotel. Then they told us they usually don’t offer a refund and that they might meet us halfway. Totally unfair as we did not use any of their services or accommodations. It was a horrible situation and an awful start of our vacation. We have contacted them daily and it was a constant battle with the host. We were concerned during our entire trip that we were being scammed. After threatening about leaving bad reviews everywhere they changed their position. A week after our trip we received our refund. I wonder how many people are falling for this trap and accepting the cheap accommodation… My warning for everyone: don’t book this apar**ent!!!

It is a scam, nothing to do with the pictures, dirty, climbing endless floors and practicly no kitchen or amenities. No one to speak with so no one helps to fill the gap. The place is dirty with cokroches and more, no kitchen so cant really cook and tvs doest work, we came they were no towels or sheets. We left same day and they didnt gave the courtesy of returning our money.

Location was superb. No need to walk far for shops and cafes, there's many around the area. It's like walking around an old town, everything was instagrammable. Best for couples and youngsters who love to explore the city. The space was perfect for us and everything was neat and perfect. Will def come backkk :)

I am sorry in advance for the long review but I need to make people aware of the risks associated with booking this property. I have travelled to over 50 countries and stayed in a variety of accommodations but the trea**ent we received the past week from representatives from Pink and Blondie has been shocking. I book and stayed at the accommodation with a friend from May 3rd - 5th. Unfortunately on the day of checkout we had personal items stolen from our luggage by the cleaning staff (a watch and cash to the total value of 1,500 euro). We have reported the theft to the Israeli Police and they have opened a case and are investigating the matter. My issue is with how Pink and Blondie dealt with the issue. When we noticed the items missing I immediately contacted Pink and Blondie. I was told to return to the apar**ent (as we had moved to another accommodation to be closer to the city centre) and that a representative from Pink and Blondie would meet us there. When we arrived at the apar**ent no one was there to meet us. I rang the representative four times and each time I was told that he would ring me back. He never did, We eventually had to call the police to the apar**ent ourselves and took the matter from there. When I left an honest review of our experience on *********** (where we had booked our accommodation through) I was shocked at the reply I received. In their reply they complain that we were (a) noisy and that neighbours complained about noise coming from our apar**ent late at night, (b) we checked out late and (c) we left the apar**ent in a mess. These facts are entirely untrue. Unfortunately I could not reply to these comments as they proceeded to cancel our booking so that I could no longer post a reply on ***********. I emailed the property two days ago and have yet to receive a reply (please see email below attached as a photo as proof). I understand that we will never retrieve what was stolen. we hope that our travel insurance will cover the cost of it What I at least expected from Pink and Blondie was an apology but unfortunately what I got was an attempt to make it look like I was a bad guest and that the theft did nit happen so that their public rating was not effected. Shame on you Pink and Blondie!

Ничего более ужасного этого логова мы не видали в жизни! 14 стран за спиной и никогда мы не останавливались в таких ужасных условиях! Всё что на фото ложь! В квартире грязь! Все сломано! Плесень! Муравьи на кухне и в комнатах. Никто ни разу не приходил убираться! Полотенец не было в достаточном количестве!
